1. What is included in the box?

As standard all Case Inserts include the phone case, the transparent holographic foil, and the black backing, cut to the selected phone size. You may select the Without Case option which gives you a discount as well.

2. Do I have to use the black backing?

No. The black backing is there to use if the customer prefers to. It provides a better visual performance for lighter coloured phones but have no other practical use.

3. What is the best way to view the hologram?

Find any single light source such as an LED light or the sun and hold the hologram at a 45° angle. The stronger the light source the better the visual experience. For this reason, the sun is one of the best light sources. Beware that the hologram may blur when there are multiple scatter light sources in the room.

4. Will the insert fit cases from other suppliers?

Our laser cutting machinery is set up for our own supplied cases. The holograms may fit in cases from other suppliers, but we cannot guarantee it.

5. How do I switch the insert?

Switching the inserts is simple as only the pressure from the phone and phone case holds the insert. Simple remove your phone and switch the hologram inserts as you wish.

6. How do I clean the insert?

Use only a microfiber cloth for cleaning. Window or glass cleaning products with alcohol may damage the inserts.

1. Can I order without a case?

Yes. You may select the “Without Case” option any time. You will receive a 15% discount while you save on plastic! Note that you still need to select the phone size, so we cut the holograms to the correct dimensions.
